Current Research Interests
Tijana Re膷evi膰鈥檚 research interests lie at the intersection of international relations, critical security studies, and foreign policy analysis, with a particular focus on the Western Balkans. Building on her doctoral research, her current work explores how public opinion shapes and constrains foreign and security policy, with particular attention to the identity-related dimensions of state behavior, drawing on constructivist and ontological security perspectives. In parallel, she is investigating the evolving geopolitical landscape of the Western Balkans region, examining the roles of both domestic and external actors, particularly the European Union.
